Very helpful, made my day!
I used the call center after the hotel was showing booked to capacity online. I was frustrated and panicked before I made the call as this is an event I have to attend and I did not know any of the neighboring facilities etc. The reservation specialist I spoke with put me at ease and helped me book a room close to my sold-out center. He then offered to help me book other trips I have to make this year. He was so knowledgeable about the hotel locations in proximity to the event centers as well as which hotels included breakfast, parking, etc. I will definitely call and use them next time before booking, made my event planning much easier!

Needed two queens; got a king
I reserved a room with two queen beds at the Hampton Inn in Eugene, Oregon. But when I received my confirmation e-mail, it was for a king aize bed. I called the customer service number and changed to my original request. The person on the line said I would receive a confirming e-mail in a few moments. This is a day later and I have sill not receivd a concirmation of the change.

Customer service par excellence!
Amazing how patient and understanding the agent was. She never once showed frustration even though I asked her to look up at three options for me. I was very pleased with her level of service and commitment thank you Debbie

Easy but not fulfilling
Really did not know it was complete. No final way of knowing it was complete. Called customer service to confirm.
