HotelReservations.comReviews of hotelreservations.com

Loved the experience I had booking our hotel reservations The person I spoke with was so friendly I shared some info about the area we were revisiting and the agent said she really appreciated finding out more about the areas she helps other people make reservations for. Its nice to know something helpful and interesting to share with each person she deals with Would definately use this site again. I went to the sight and than chose to do it over the phone. Confirmations came almost immediately

I found the entire experience very time consuming and frustraing experience. The attendant keep repeating the info provided by me several times. I had several other reservations that I was making so I went directly to one of the major hotel chains and within minutes make several reservations. I will not use this service again. I don't blame the attendant, they are just probably following your corporate guidelines.

keep going because its good

I have stayed at Hampton's in many places, last nights experience was top notch. Their personnel were accommodating, it was clean and smelled good. Hampton Airport in Boise gets my nod, everytime.

GOOD RESERVATION TECHNIQUE. BETTER THAN THE FORMER ONE WHICH TOOK CONSIDERABLY MORE TIME. (I'VE BOOKED HERE BEFORE). THINGS ARE TAKEN CARE OF EXPEDITIOUSLY, PROFESSIONALLY AND AS ONE WOULD EXPECT FROM A HOLIDAY INN FACILITY

I was charged for 2 rooms, when I only booked 1 room. The hotel called ailthe booking company and asked about my refund, they told her I should receive an email within 4 hours with the cancellation confirmation and should receive my refund within 7 days. As of yet still have not received an email. I will never use this company ever AGAIN.

I felt as though I was talking with a professional, which was helpful in this case. Usually, I just book a room online, but I'm traveling out of country and needed some input. Overall, the experience went without issue(s) and the reservation was accomplished with minimal interaction.

I cancel after 3 days , I needed 1 night instead of 2 and could not be accomindated I was told my reservation had to be cancelled. I cancelled and had to call back after almost 3 hr because I did not receive a cancel confirmation When I returned call I was transferred to a tech specialist who sent a bet generic email for cancellation I hope it is cancel!!
