I reserved a room with little difficulty and the representative was very helpful and friendly. I would use this service again.

I will NEVER use this website again and I will warn as many people as I can!!! The date I put in was for a future date and an upgraded room. The rate was displayed but did not include or mention a total including taxes and a website fee. I entered my credit card information and clicked next. Then I was brought to a screen that said "no refunds", but it did not show my selected check-in date, total $ amount or type of room. Since I hadn't made any changes and I knew I wouldn't need to cancel this reservation I hit "accept". The next thing I knew I had a reservation for that same night for a standard room! WHAT???!!! I immediately called Customer Service to see what could be done. I spoke with a very friendly Service Rep who ultimately said that the only thing to do was to pay a Change Fee -- which was equal to the room rate ($100+). Oh, and to book the room for the night I selected it was a higher amount than quoted on my first screen. Are you kidding me?! Unbelievable. The site is a "SCAM" -- do not use!!! While the customer service representative was not able to help me, they get one star for being respectful.

I needed a room in an unfamiliar town quickly. Although the hotel originally recommended was unavailable, you provided an efficient and comparable alternative.

I call because I had spent about 45 minutes looking for a room for Friday night in Montgomery or Auburn. It took about 30 minutes and the woman that helped me did not give up until she have found me a room in the location I had requested. Thanks

book two rooms and agent messed up. asked for non-smoking rooms agent even noted no smoking rooms on computer only problem i was told it couldn't be changed so i'm stuck with smoking rooms. she also messed up on people staying in one of the rooms

Wanted to ask contact customer service using the number provided at the top of the confirmation screen...had to be transferred several times to a different agent. Hard to speak to anyone from "Hotel Reservations".

Comfort Inn is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. I especially loved the nice bed and fresh smelling sheets. I would definitely stay there again!!
