Saved a lot of headaches
This is truly a great site for those who want to save money. I saved $50 each night because it was a weekend. Also, the Motel said they only had one room left for that weekend and I was calling them a month in advance for a slow season stay. This site had several selections. In conclusion if you want to save money, get the room you want, use this site.

Excellent Service! Wonderful room with King bed, fridge, and microwave , and patio door, great for letting dog out and packing the car.
We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel . The room was beautiful, the King bed so comfy, and we loved having a fridge. We definitely would stay again.

At this moment I am Irate with you people.
I through I was going through Hampton Inn, Honors system and I obviously didn't, and I'm not a happy camper. I don't prepaid anything to anyone!!! You people are sorry SOB's, as far as I'm concerned. I will never use you again, I have traveled for over 25 years and you fooled me. Fool me once ok, but never again will I put my trust in you..

We appreciate your feedback, Leslie & David. Our site is clearly branded as HotelReservations.com, and we're not in the business of trying to fool anyone, but rather to help our clients find the right room and the best price. Most internet-only rates require full prepayment, including on hotel sites. We also feel there's never a need to use name-calling to make a point. If you have concerns, please reach out to [email protected] and we'll be happy to help clear up any issues. Good luck, and safe travels! HotelReservations.com TEAM

Dishonest and decietful
We requested a king room non-smoking and were charged for a king room. We asked twice if we were getting a king room and were told yes both times. When the reservation was emailed to us it was for a queen room. We called and asked them to correct this and they refused, saying it would have to be reviewed. We called back the next day and found a reasonable person (Kathleen) who apologized and agreed to refund the overcharge for the wrong room. Overall, we feel that we were deceived and lied to and will never use you again.

Thanks for your feedback, Ana. We'll review your booking to see what happened, but we don't arbitrarily change room types. If you need further assistance, please contact [email protected]. HotelReservations.com TEAM

Can not change or cancel a booking after it is made as ther is a no refund policy.
How come I get charged in US funds when I live in Canada and am booking in Canada? Will never use this site again.

Hi, Diane. The terms of your booking are clearly communicated before you agree to purchase. We are a U.S. based company, and we always bill in U.S. dollars. If you need further assistance, please contact [email protected]. HotelReservations.com TEAM

Paid to make reservation!
When I made my reservations, I thought I was dealing with the hotel directly. I had no idea that it was through your organization and that it would cost me $12.00 . Never again.
Response from HotelReservations.comAug 7, 2014
Thanks for your feedback, Walter. The prices we display includes all taxes and fees, we do not add any additional fee after the transaction. This allows for proper price comparison. Sorry for any confusion. HotelReservations.com TEAM

Horrible customer service!!
The website malfunctioned and change the date I wanted for my reservation.. I had to cancel and reserve again. I was charged $141.00 and was refused a refund... Don't do business with these thieves...
Response from HotelReservations.comAug 7, 2014
Thanks for your feedback, Donny. We certainly are not thieves and most assuredly don't randomly change dates. Please contact [email protected] so we can further assist. HotelReservations.com TEAM

excellent service.
The service was excellent; the staff were approachable and helpful. The room is okay...only it has a not-so-good smell when you first enter the room. I think it needs to be aired or as advertised on TV...it needs "febreze". Overall: good!
