EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDED
I am very appreciative for both of the representatives I spoke with on the phone today and on yesterday. Both representatives went the extra mile by being very pleasant and meeting my needs while taking care of my hotel reservation. They both listened to my requests and responded accordingly by fully satisfying my requests. I thank you very much for the outstanding customer service provided to me. I also hope their good work habits are acknowleged by their supervisor.

worst experience ever...
accidentally put in the wrong date and they would not help out in any way. they told me they call the resort for the weekend I wanted and today with full and they can not switch days. I called the resort myself and told him what was going on. They that have them switch the date I wouldn't lose my money.when I called them back and told them what they said. They said they could do nothing for me it was my lose..

I thought I was booking directly with Hampton Inn.
Unfortunately I was in a hurry and linked to you rather than Hampton Inn. As a result I believe I spend ten or twenty dollars more per night than what I had seen earlier on the Hampton site. I will avoid using this site in the future.

Easy process; but appears not to be that competitive
The process was easy and simple; but the end result was that the final cost was not really competive, with booking from other listed sites and direct with the hotel direct

Deceptive, dishonest, difficult, stay far far away from HotelReservations.com
Never Google Search for the hotel company your are looking for. Hotel reservations.com is part of Expedia. I was confused because I thought I was at the Hampton Inn website. May a reservation for the wrong Hotel, and was charged instantly for the full amount. Overseas operator would only say "I'm sorry for you inconvenience" about 30 times. Your stuck with the bill. This corporation is dishonest.

idiots used my email and sent me the person who made the reservation personal information.
Dont use this site it is not secure.
