Where's the Print Button?
Should have a print button so copy of reservation can be printed.

Hi Diana, Thanks for the suggestion. You can always use print function from your browser. However, since an email confirmation is sent immediately upon booking, you have that as your receipt and record as well (assuming the email address is entered correctly.) But, we will look at adding this option to the confirmation screen. HotelReservations.com TEAM

Never use hotel reservations.com again!!!!
We made a reservation from Canada in Canada and were charges in US dollars and nothing stated that in the booking or email sent out - that is just outrageous!!!!!!! Sad we have to deal with these types of websites.

Regardless of currency, the rates displayed are still the best available in the marketplace. Once we have the USD displayed and perhaps offer currency converters, we hope you'll give us another look. Friendly, clean and very accomodating. Will stay there again
Excellent service. We went on a Monday & Tuesday, very quiet and will stay again if in that area.

No sure I would book by computer or phone again.
My reservation to Atlantis in Reno was duplicated. When I tried to cancel, it was very difficult. It was finally cancelled but your company was going to charge me a booking rate for something that was not my fault. The computer would not accept the first reservation so I tried again and still it would not accept the information so I gave up and then to my surprise I had to confirmation that the reservations went through. I pointed this out and the fee was waived.

well worn,but clean
The Wayfarer looks to be the oldest hotel on the main street in Banff.The room we had was clean.The electrical outlets are worn out,it was difficult to keep the phone chargers,tv set and lamps working,as the outlets are so loose that the cords fall out. The restaurant in the hotel was very adequate.
