very expensive why charge me in US dollar. I am a Canadian, living in Canada and I used a motel in Canada. Bank always charge the maximum rate to change US dollar to Canadian dollar. And why the additional charge of $9.95 USD which cost me $11.20 Canadian dollar. For one night this Confort Inn hotel in Thunder Bay cost me a total $204.78 Canadian dollar and the room was old, noisy. Conclusion bad hotel and very expensive, will never used this hotel and your website again. Sorry

I booked this reservation thinking that like most real services I could change my reservation since I had several days before my arrival. I was informed that even if I cancelled one day of my reservation I would be charged the entire price of the room for one full day. This is really an unfair policy and I will never ever, ever use this service again. I will also recommend to any friends or family to never use this service!!!!!!!!!

Don't go this route! Cost me $45 more each night than standard rate other guests paid! Was told no rooms downtown and only two rooms left at this hotel- in fact hotel had multiple vacancies!!

I felt like I was speaking to a friend!! You all are awesome!! I made the reservation and was on the phone for about 30min getting hotel reservations, talking about my upcoming wedding and talkin about musicians. It was so refreshing. You could hear the smile in her voice. I think her name was nancy, such a wonderful lady!! I also had to call back a few times to make changes and not only were they super friends again they gave me a better rate!! They did not complete my call until all my requests were confirmed, peace of mind!! The 3rd time I called it was after hours for the hotel to confirm and the guy called me back first thing in the morning to confirm my change. It was honestly the best costumer service I have ever received. I wish all companies were like yours. I will refer friends am continue to use your services. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

The price for the time we spent in Erie was great, we were able to stay an extra day.

One of the few hotel reservations companys that will not refund anything if plans change and you can not meet the dates. Also they charge your credit card immediately upon booking for the full price. I will not use them again.
