They DO NOT give more then a 30 day warrenty. Over 200 bucks and it lasted 6 months. Customer service did not give a crap. Its a very good item just no company backing. Bad company. Good product . We have tons of oil but no machine. Sux

Absolutely do not buy from them. They charge you then don’t ship, they hook you by giving you a free machine then sign a contract for the oils, then don’t send them. Then charge you 4K yes 4K for the machine. Shisters

Do not buy from this company. I ordered 2 diffusers and oils etc, have waited over a month for the order and now my items are being held at the post office until I pay an additional £420 customs charges. Disappointing to say the least.

I am being prevented from ending my subscription with this company. The subscription portal (most likely only for my account) has been unavailable for at least a week, making it impossible for me to modify the subscription in any way. I’ve contacted customer support several times requesting the cancellation of this subscription, a request that has gone largely ignored. Not only have they not cancelled the subscription but they actually signed me up for a VIP subscription (I literally got a welcome to the VIP subscription email after my cancellation request which is something I didn’t ask for and don’t want.) Beware!

I bought a new diffuser and paid full price for it. They sent me a refurbished unit with a controller that does not work. They offered me a replacement or a refund. I asked for either. Now they are not going to give me either.

Do not use these people. Products widely promoted. Or ordering they add on extra cost just as you go to pay, then I have had to pay £106 in customs duty to get the parcel released. Awful customer service. Wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

I have had nothing but problems with my diffuser since I got it. Unfortunately since I purchased mine from a so-called authorized dealer, the company won't do anything about about it. Total waste of money.
