I had a terrible experience with The Hotel Collection and would strongly advise potential buyers to steer clear of this company. This feels like a total scam. The customer service is absolutely the worst I’ve ever encountered. After signing up, I quickly realized that I was stuck due to their ridiculous policy that you can’t cancel after three months. This seems to be a common complaint among others as well, so clearly, I’m not alone in my frustration. While the product itself might have some potential, the way they run their business is incredibly disappointing. It’s not worth the headache or stress. Save your time and money—look elsewhere!

Purchased the smaller unit and loved it. Then the larger unit for my kitchen. Again loved it. Then the smaller unit starting making a terrible noise and stopped working. A few weeks later so did the second unit. Now both are ready for the bin. Googled them and apparently it’s a well known problem with there motors. I would not recommend this company.

I see so many awful reviews of this company, and I must say, I feel the opposite! Obviously, every company does not please 100% of their customers but I’ve always thought it’s a shame that nobody wants to review until they’re mad about something. I actually have my sales rep’s cell phone number and I purchased directly from their website. I will admit that I text her at times other than during business hours and she is always so sweet. I also forget that I’m in Texas and they are in Florida so we have a time difference, regardless she is so helpful. I bought one machine- A smaller one because of the price. After I got it all set up I ended up calling them back because I wanted to get a bigger one. I packaged it up and sent it back and they sent me a bigger one. My way and Island Life are my favorite scents. I can’t imagine my house without this diffuser! I am a mom of four and I have two dogs. There’s nothing like walking in the front door and smelling pure heaven. I highly recommend this company I’ve been with them for almost a year now, and have the 500ml monthly oil subscription. I will add that their tech support is very helpful too. I am not Very handy. I emailed them requesting someone to call me that has an iPhone so that we could FaceTime so I could show them my AC unit. They did exactly that! I have no complaints!

Imagine purchasing an expensive machine, only for it to stop working, and when you call customer service, the best they can do is provide you a discount to purchase another machine that you don’t know will even work!! Both my sister and I purchased diffusers and BOTH stopped working! How?!?!

Originally placed order with an estimated shipped and date to receive. After multiple shipping and delivery date changes I reached out to cancel before the order shipped and was told I would be assisted by another team who then passed me along from person to person. The order eventually shipped I was no longer able to receive it but still willing to arrange returns. After multiple attempts I was told the subscription could not be cancelled and when it can I would be charged 99 dollars. Do not support this scam company I will be disputing this with my credit card company

Ordered two vials of oil with free machine - one vial came broken and the diffuser machine didn't work. When I tried to cancel the subscription I was told that I needed to pay a $99 fee to get out of the subscription. Soon after the call I received an email that i must do three subscriptions of the oils before they will cancel subscription even though the machine does not work and I sent machine back!

Placed an order on 9/1 taking advantage of a free diffuser promo. Received notification on 9/5 that the item had shipped. It is now 9/18 and the item has not shipped and I was offered a replacement. I asked to cancel My order since we found another diffuser in the interim. Customer service keeps saying they need to look into our order and will get back to me. Customer service did confirm the order did not ship and asked if I wanted a replacement (I do not). I again asked to cancel and was told I could not as I was taking advantage of a promo they had. I have replied that I have not received my order, it has not shipped and I was even asked if I wanted a replacement which I do not. So much back and forth. Just refund my money.

Stay away….when you have any issues you must email and I assure you that you will not get any assistance. I have been awaiting my products for almost 3 weeks and none of my emails have been addressed. No one will reply in order to assist me. Looks as if I am going to made to reach out to my bank to get my money back. Horrible Company customer service!!!
