The scents are terrific, but hard to diffuse their scents if their products don't work. I bought 3 pro diffusers and within 2 weeks, I had to return 2 of them as they stopped misting. While the replacements were in shipment, the last one stopped misting. Customer service is horrible and by the time I got the 3rd replaced, the replacements had already stopped working. Customer service wouldn't return calls or answer my questions and when I finally got them on the phone, they told me the 14 days on the replacements were expired. I have about 10 bottles of the scents but can't even use them since the pro diffusers are the only one that the bottles fit with. I am only glad that my debit card expired on these subscriptions so the orders quit shipping, otherwise I would be stuck trying to cancel my subscription. The scents are terrific but I am fearful to try another hotel collection larger diffuser since they are more costly and I am not trusting that they are made any better than the pro diffusers.

I purchased 2 machines and less then a year both stopped working. Did all the trouble shooting and nothing. Company didnt care to fix or replace. Certainly not worth the investment!!!

I ordered 2 checked in luggages on 9/14/2024. A few days later I got a notice that it has shipped. By 9/20 it gave me a tracking #. On the evening of 9/22 I got an email of expected delivery 9/23 (Monday) & requires signature. I cant take a day off to be there for the delivery, so my husband ended up getting an emergency leave for that day to ensure the package will be signed and received. Between 2-3pm on 9/23 I got an email again that package has been delivered and signed by a PW. I called my husband right away and asked if it was indeed delivered. Hubby said no luggages were delivered and it seems like he has lost full day's wages for nothing. I told him that the day hasnt ended yet. So we waited. By nightime I reached to customer service via email explaining that we never got the luggages that is showing delivered thru the USPS website. The only thing we got from Hotel Collection that day was the "Mystery Item." A concierge from the company emailed back to check our neighbors to which I did ask around. No one got any misdelivered packages. I was told by concierge to wait until end of day Thursday 9/26 and to email her back by Friday if I still have not received it. I emailed on Friday and called their number and I was told it should be delivered Sat 9/28. So today 9/28 and the only delivery I got are the 2 portable chargers and 2 gps tracking devices. What am I supposed to do with those when what I need are the luggages that I ordered. Our out of the country trip is nearing and I dont even have my luggages nor do I get any reply from the concierge/customer service. I surely do hope this review reaches the Hotel Collection company as this is just poor service. The luggages are not cheap and yet I ordered those in good faith trusting the company. If there is an option to give this company a ZERO, I definitely would.

Fraud! Poor customer service! Quality not as described! I sent back a broken diffuser after only six days of use. I wasn't issued a refund or a replacement. The solution leaked all inside of the unit. We attempted to trouble shoot the issue with tech support. However, the technician stated the machine was in fact broken. After receiving the run around with customer service and a poor-quality unit, I decided not to pursue with this business. They will not cancel my subscription, furthermore, they accepted a payment for an item that was returned in a timely manner, yet I received no refund! The item was received on July 13,2024, it was sent back to the company on July 19,2024. When I disputed the charge, Hotel Collections sent my bank documents stating that the item was not returned within 30 days. However, when speaking to customer service, I was informed the reason they couldn't refund my money was due to it being in the hands of my bank. In the Hotel Collections website, it shows a refund was given. It was not! This business is absolutely horrible! They will attempt to drag the manner on as long as they can until the exceeded timeframe is up to give a refund. I have documents to prove everything. Buyer beware!

DO NOT-I REPEAT-DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CO. I had to be on the subscribe list to get this - and the bottle is little FOR $54 F dollars!!! It's not a good oil and it clogs up the machine - the machine doesn't work for 2 days in a row-you have to wipe out all the collected stuff in the bottom (?) -AND! YOU CANNOT TURN OFF YOUR SUBSRIPTION! OVER AND OVER THEY SEND YOU BOTTLES @$54!!!! If you call its robotic and the person you finally get to wants to send a COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE - which i have more than i can use now! HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HORRIBE SERVICE - THEY ROB YOU! THE ATTORNEY GENERAL SHOULD BE CALLED!!!! I've asked 3 times to turn off my subscription - then look! another one comes in the mail - and it leaks everywhere!!!! Cannot believe this is being sold!~!!!!

I purchased three of your diffusers. I have had to return all three as within weeks two of them stopped working and the other never worked at all. The oils DO NOT diffuse, instead it all drains to the bottom of the diffuser. I purchased these from a very reliable company that is selling your product. I've spoken to them and they are very aware of the problem. I have also reached out to your customer service which has never responded to me. I have never been more disappointed in a product or customer service of any other company, EVER!!! I highly recommend that people go elsewhere for another version of this product.

Just ordered the penthouse machine and was told that the Star Wars scents come in the 200ml bottle size for that machine come to find out the lady lied to me and they don’t come in that size been on the phone for over a half hour trying to cancel it and they keep asking if I want to upgrade I finally got mad and yelled at the guy that I want a refund nothing els I highly recommend don’t to business with this place absolutely horrible and will lie to you wish I would have seen other reviews on here before I ordered but you live and learn run far far away from this place

Horrible customer service. I spent a lot of money on a house machine that works well however I bought two smaller pods and they stopped working after two months. They don’t care to fix it replace it or anything. If you have a subscription, you basically have to go through hell to get them to cancel it , Buyers beware . You can’t change your subscription by yourself. You have to call them. And sometimes it takes 30 to 40 minutes to get a hold of anyone.
