If I could give Hotel Collection zero stars I would but the system won’t allow. Do not be sold on the Instagram hype, this company is literally snake oil salesmen and are terrible. I have three diffusers- two are broken. When I called they said one was out of the 90 day warranty and I bought a second one. It’s basically been broken since I got it. I wanted to cancel the order before they shipped it and I got the run around on the phone and then all of a sudden same day it was shipped. I digress. Now the second broken one I have emailed and emailed and emailed and I keep getting responses that they are sorry and to call tech support or trouble shoot the device. None of the “ troubleshooting” works and cannot get anyone on the phone. This is their way to run the clock out and say my warranty period is up. This company is terrible when it comes to customer service. Their devices are junk. The one that works I don’t touch so it doesn’t break. I do not recommend. Do not buy!!! Save yourself the hassle.

I almost never write reviews but I have to for this company’s equipment…..terrible. I bought 4 diffusers for around the house and out of all 4, 1 is still barely working. The others have either stopped working all together or turn on but don’t diffuse and oil leaks out of them. Never buying another piece of equipment from them, they don’t last at all.

4 DEFECTIVE DIFFUSERS IS WHAT I’VE GOTTEN. One damaged my coffee table as it spilled the oil on it. Their representative Eunice LIED and said she was sending a better diffuser but did not. DON’T ORDER THIS GARBAGE

This company do not want to cancel. A scam company stay away if you need oil amazon when you need it don't mess with these people.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The worst company I have dealt with ever in my entire life. Not worth the headache. You cannot get through to customer service, they are a SCAM! Be warned, DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPLETE SCAM PEOPLE. Emails are ignored or met with auto responses.

Unbelievable! Scheduled an appt with tech to set up the new diffuser. Not only did they not keep 'THEIR"appt, the salesman then tells me that he "asked me" if I wanted to have it programmed before he shipped it. Complete lie. Avoid this company. You have been warned. Salesman name is "Devrin", or he goes by "Dev." FINALLY, after back and forth, I have a return label to send the product back.

I can’t cancel! I have had multiple phone conversations and emails with a person named “Nicca” This is maddening!!! I just got another email saying thank you for your order. I am calling my bank and stopping payment. So ridiculous. How long can a company last with business practices like this?!
