This company is a scam. They called me to ask me to sign up for auto shipment of refill and I refused. They sent them anyway. There is no way to cancel. They won't even let me log on to their sign and send me advertisements when I try to reset my password rather than the reset. My diffuser stopped working after a couple weeks. The refills arrive leaking and ate the finish off my countertop. Disgusted with this scam!!

First of all if you look at and listen to their spokesman, Scott, anyone over the age of six would turn off that poorly produced commercial. He needs a bath and a decent outfit. He looks like a drug dealer who needs a new pair of shoes. What a joke. Him and Hotel Collection!!’

I accidently signed up for the subscription and what a nightmare!!!! You cannot cancel your subscription. I will be contacting the BBB. You can't get through to customer service for hours, they say to send an email and they never contact you back. You can't cancel on their website. Then I finally got through to someone after 30 minutes and he said he would need to get me to the right team to get ot cancelled then just goy put on hold for 30 more minutes. Don't ever buy anything from them or sign up for a subscription!!!

I have been trying to contact customer service for 3 days to return this product. I have never been treated so poorly. The product is defective and there is no scent. I may have to contact the BBB if I cannot get this issue resolved

after spending almost $500 over a 3month period (diffuser broke after month 2) and literally hours of wasted time on hold with them and emailing, no resolution and unable to cancel ..reporting this to my credit card company as fraud

I purchased 2 Studio Pros less than 3 months ago, 1 has failed ,have tried several times to connect with some company representative but they never return or correspond to my e-mails. After reading several hundred reviews from other buyers with the same issues as me, I believe we need to unite and file a class action lawsuit. Maybe this will get their attention.

Totally agree with the other reviews - was great for the short time that it worked. Expensive, piece of crap. Difficult to cancel subscription!

The worst customer satisfaction. Do not sign up for their so called vip plan. I got their Diffuser, barely used it and is unable to return. Never have I dealt with such a company that gives no customer satisfaction. Be wary!
