HORRIBLE. i never write reviews. broke 1st week. no one was helpful ive called customer service 3 times. All im asking for is an exchange . I’ve also emailed no helpful response only the “ have you tried these steps”.NO ONE has been helpful at all. now i’m stuck with a subscription I can’t cancel… SCAM SCAM ! don’t fall for it like I did.

I ordered and after they took my money and it had been a month with no delivery. I wrote them and they said they would give my money back. They DID NOT. I now have to dispute it on my credit card. Bad business

STAY AWAY. This has got to be the worst company I have ever experienced in my whole life. I signed up for the family plan and after not receiving my diffusers for over 2 months I called them and they could not locate my order. They never sent me any confirmation emails of my order. They claimed their “family plan” software was not fully set up and that is why. They continued to send me oils for 5 months and kept charging me when I cancelled 3 different times. I kept explaining they were sending me oils without any diffuser to put them in. Anytime I call I sit on hold for over 45 minutes. They are the biggest scam artists I have ever experienced in my life. I am out over $1,000 dollars. If I read reviews beforehand I would have realized this is their companies M.O.

If that were an option, I would give zero stars. I bought into their marketing hype and purchased a Studio Pro Scent Diffuser at a lower cost with an oil subscription. 1. The diffuser worked for one month and now does not work. 2. I followed the technical support instructions, but the diffuser still does not work. 3. I have been pushed between customer support and technical support for weeks with no resolution. 4. I requested an RA# to return the diffuser, and no action has been taken on behalf of the company. 5. I requested my oil subscription be canceled and no action and no action has been taken on the part of the company. 6. I have no less than a dozen phone calls and two dozen emails with the company with no resolution. 7. I ordered a candle and room spray that was paid in full and never shipped. The company refunded my account for those items, although it took me a lot of time to get them to do so. 8. The My Way scent is beautiful. I have not tried other brands, so I'm unaware if their My Way scents are the same. 9. I ordered a different diffuser brand on Amazon during Amazon Prime Days, one with a refillable tank. I also ordered a 16.9 Fl Oz My Way oil on a subscription plan with a sizeable recurring discount and no shipping costs. 10. Do not purchase directly from Hotel Collection.

This company engages in unscrupulous business practices. I placed an order, but got locked into a monthly subscription. After canceling the subscription, I have been battling them to actually fulfill the cancellation. I would not recommend purchasing from this company because they may try to take lock you into a monthly commitment and make it difficult for you to get out of it. I will never make a purchase from the Hotel Collection again in the future.

Bought the diffuser and it work for maybe a month. Try to get them to replace it and it has been a terrible experience. Been 4 months and we still haven’t gotten our diffuser. Definitely would recommend NOT to get anything from hotel collection.

Do not buy into this subscription they will fail you they will blame you and they will threaten you to me. That’s a horrible business plan. If you want something from them, they have a store get it there because otherwise you are out of luck you cannot trust the person helping you because they will disappear and then you’ll start all over again having to go through, getting service and not getting help they don’t even agree with how their product instructions work that they send you in your product. They have a sheet that they go by and I was told by them in their tech department that it’s a horrible pamphlet of instructions you tell me what kind of business sell subscriptions and then threatens you that you’re going to collections because you’re not happy with how they serviced your subscription because they failed and failed and failed and now they want you to trust them again , they use a company called UAS and they threaten you with collections because of it do not apply for a subscription with this company. It is so much trouble. My bank is handling it now.

I purchased the diffuser of course it was mandatory to purchase the refills for a minimum 3 months. Well in less than 60 days my diffuser stop working, and the oil was collecting at the bottom of the diffuser. I sent them pictures. I called and after several attempts, finally got someone. However, they put me through the ringer with technical support. I gave them a chance to fix it, but they never did. I finally was able to cancel my order and subscriptions. With the number of complaints and they are all similar, surely a class action lawsuit can be started. I just wanted them to replace the defective one. Now I have 3 bottles of oil and no diffuser. TB.
