Like everyone else, my studio pro scent diffuser stopped working after 90 days. Before stopping it had leaked the oil all inside the diffuser. This is just like the 360 aroma diffuser and sorry to say the 360 is just as bad. It stopped working right after 90 days also, Not sure but it wouldn't surprise me if the two companies are somehow related as the diffusers and pods are identical. The customer service is just as shady trying to upgrade you with the ridiculous subscription plan. Please don't buy them, it's a waste of money.

I ordered a scent diffuser from Hotel Collection, and my experience was nothing short of frustrating. After placing my order, I received seven calls within just two days from HC representatives, pressuring me to purchase additional items instead of the one I had already selected. One representative even told me that the diffuser I purchased wasn’t good and wouldn’t work—despite the fact that it cost $186, including the fragrance oil. At that point, I felt harassed and no longer wanted the product. I informed them that I wished to cancel my order, but they claimed it had already shipped. They assured me that once it arrived, I could notify them for a return label. I followed their instructions, returned the unopened item, and sent an email confirming the return. However, they have yet to issue my refund, forcing me to escalate the matter with my bank. I will never order from Hotel Collection again. The hassle simply isn’t worth it for a scent diffuser. To make matters worse, this isn’t my first purchase—my previous diffuser’s motor stopped working, which is the only reason I decided to try again. In hindsight, maybe it was a sign not to bother, as the two diffusers I’ve owned in the past didn’t last long either.

This is insane. This company needs to be shut down by the attorney general. It is a scam. You don't get your item for months then it breaks. They do bait-n-switch

First time buyer and they cancelled my order due to me being a high risk of fraud!! Cannot make this shit up! Looks like a dodged a bullet after reading these reviews!

This company will scam you into a subscription for oil scents. Their product is actually cool. Their business practices - terrible. I bought 2 home Scenting products. One was a gift. Then without my knowledge they enrolled me in a monthly program that costs $100 a month ($93.xx). They then called to tell me that the product I bought has a weak motor and actually doesn't work well. I should upgrade to a whole home scenting product. I asked this company to end the unauthorized subscription. I'm not seeking a new product. I now have three shipments and charges for scented oils I did not seek or want. A total of 6 products that will last over 2 years. I told them, I don't want it, I won't pay for it and I will dispute the charges.with my CC company. One was a gift for a friend, why would I want this much oil. Then the following month, when I complained again, they called me to try to sell the same upgrade. I was told, "I will remove you from the subscription." Never done. I have not blocked them as a merchant. They should be invested for fraudulent business practice.

The people you have to deal with, seems like a bunch of amateurs! And now I’m going thru call after call to get a label to send this machine back! Go Amazon but not this Brand! I may have to get my attorney involved.

I got a new diffuser for a Christmas gift and it stopped working after one day. Called the company and they put me through a series of "trouble shooting" and the diffuser STILL did not work. They told me I had to get the receipt from the person who bought the diffuser. "Ask the person who gave me gift, for a receipt?? Are you crazy??" I told them it is defective and does not work, and I would like for them to replace it with one that works. They said "sorry, can't help you" They are a SCAM. AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Terrible. Machines poor quality and sent faulty. Refusing to refund purchase
