If I could give them a zero rating I would. Ordered the starter kit that includes the fragance. Spoke with the agent who also confirmed it. Package arrives and there is no oil. I contacted customer service for them to tell me I only ordered the diffuser and not the oil. Sir what do you mean, it shows it comes included with the order I placed. They refuse to send me the oil and want me to purchased something that says inlcuded. I even sent them the original screen capture of my order showing it was included. Will never from this company and will be sending the package back for my refund. When you operate without honesty and integrity its a full stop for me. Don't even waste your time ordering nothing from this place. They are out to rip you off and not give you what you've already paid for. Scammers at best!!!

This company makes it nearly impossible to cancel. They ship you stuff without you ordering it. I have so many oils - you would need to leave the diffuser on 24/7 and it still wouldn't use up all the oils they send and charge you. I called the number on their website to cancel, which leads to "Aroma 360", where they'll try to find your account and won't. They sound like they're working out of a back yard of a place in a busy city like Thailand or somewhere. Lots of weird noise on the phone - not a normal office. When they can't find your account, they ask you if you're calling for Aroma 360 or HotelCollection, then they transfer you. The transfer of the line goes silent - I almost thought they hung up on me then I said hello?? and someone said "yes can you hear me" almost like they were waiting to see if I hung up. I talked to him and said I want to cancel. They try to pause your subscription. I told them I can't use it because it irritates my lungs and my doc told me to stop using it. He then went back to just pausing. Dude I can't use it...why would I pause? CANCEL THE DAMN subscription. They then put you on a long hold, hopefully you don't get hung up on....he came back and said he cancelled it. I guess we'll find out. To help you out, when you call the number for cancellation - immediately ask for hotelcollection AND get the direct number (if they will give it to you) in case they hang up on you. 888-565-7449 is the number I found and what I used to go through this dumb process. Not sure if there's a better one where you don't have to talk to Aroma 360 first. Don't get caught up in this horse****. Just go to Bath and Body works or some other place and buy normal stuff...

What a joke of a company. According to some people, their scents smell good; according to others, they are horrible. But, I will never know--because when I went to their website and saw they have advertised free, miniature samples packs available, like small perfume sample bottles, I tried to get them, but was forced to make an appointment with a "scent consultant." Okay, scam-meter on 8.5, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. If I come out of it with free samples to see if I even want to buy their products, it's worth a ten-minute call, I guess. I went ahead and made an appointment for a whole week in advance, and came out of it with a high-pressure sales call trying to convince me to purchase their HVAC connected, $1,000+ system. Only if you purchase that, can you get the "free" $2 sample pack of scents. You come off that scammy from the get-go, you're not a company I care to do business with. Thanks, but no thanks. And after reading these reviews, I'm glad I hung up on the yappy salesperson, still trying to get me to shell out thousands just so I can get a whiff of their products. Good thing they didn't send me a free kit, or I might have fallen into the mess the rest of these poor folks did with this scamtastic mess of a company. Here's a hint, Hotel Collection--if you just have a good, reliable product, you don't have to scam people into buying it. Do better.

So disappointed with my delivery! 2 out of the 3 fragrance oils had leaked all over which must’ve happened when packing the shipment as they were prepared in plastics bags to stop them from leaking elsewhere. I emailed the customer service team and have yet to receive a response or acknowledgement to my email. It’s a shame as I actually like the products and scents but most definitely won’t buy from here again…

After having a tough time cancelling my subscription, i was put in touch with Jeffrey and he was an absolute GEM. So helpful, so responsive, he deserves a raise! Thank you Jeffrey for your help!

STOP SENDING ME EMAILS!!! I HAVE UNSUBSCRIBED MULTIPLE TIMES!! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR EMAIL!!

BLOCK THEIR NUMBER

Never received my product. No response from customer service, only further promotion emails. Thankfully I purchased through PayPal who investigated the case and was issued a full refund. Please don’t use this company and if you do, use a credit card.
