Wonderful service that keeps my listing active and takes the pressure off to immediately answer requests. It really is wonderful, if you're driving you don't panic and feel like you have to answer right away.

I've been using Smartbnb for about a month now and it is vastly superior to the product I was using before. Having the ability to send automatic messages through Airbnb drastically simplifies our Airbnb communications - especially with multiple properties. I would highly recommend!

Great Service

I'm using now for about two weeks smartbnb. I manage three of my listings in two countries and 3 of my son in a third country. I've been with Airbnb for many years and have been a super host for a while. While using smartbnb, I also tried YourPorter and AvivaQ. Despite being a bit more expensive, smartbnb is by far more mature and much better that the others. AvivaQ is free, but not even worth the zero price. YourPorter is nice, but still not mature and I got scared to have my listings there. So smartbnb provides an amazing value, by off-loading most of you communications with the guests, and more importantly is very dependable. The service you get is fabulous, most of my questions were answered anytime of the day and night very quickly. I passed many of my needs to service, and they are very open to get feedback and are continuously improving the service. So I highly recommend it.

Couldn't live without Smartbnb!!! I love everything about this service! The templates are incredibly handy, the whole thing is a snap to set up, and the customer service and support is outstanding. I was just out of the country for 22 days and literally didn't worry once about having to keep track of who was checking in or out and when! It's great for my Airbnb rankings, too, because my "response rate" stays consistently at 100%, even if guests contact me in the middle of the night (which often happens with foreigners). Worth every penny and then some! :)
