A truly amazing service and hosting tool, absolutely unparalleled customer support, super-fast and agile responsiveness, and one of the most essential tools in my Airbnb Superhost toolbox. I seriously can't imagine life without all these wonderful tools now, thanks to Smartbnb!

This is a great resource for me. I am a Superhost with one whole house listing and manage it remotely. It saves time, stress, boosts my rankings and makes me more money than entirely managing it myself. I have compared other companies and there are more expensive ones out there and less expensive ones out there. Smartbnb is, by far, the best for the money. What I like most… Auto reply to Inquiries, Instant Books, Requests to book, auto approve. With Airbnb the faster I reply, the higher my ranking will be and I will be more likely to convert an inquiry to a booking. I can set it reply and auto approve if I choose or choose a timeframe as well. I set mine to respond in 1 hour but you can choose your timeframe from 5 min, 10 min, 30 min 1 hour. The auto replies are especially helpful at night when I am sleeping. I no longer have to respond in the middle of the night or when I am unavailable. An awesome thing about the auto replies is that if you respond to the guest, Smartbnb will recognize that and will not send an auto message. I normally respond myself during the day but if an hour goes by, the system will reply for me. Auto reply email sent to my cleaning company to put it on their schedule. Auto refresh of our calendar every hour. I used to do this manually daily. Since using this my views and bookings have gone up. Market report. I get a daily report letting me know where I rank. This is really helpful and let me know if I need to tweak my listing to boost my ranking. Smartbnb is robust and there are more features that I like but this review is getting too long.

SmartBNB has given the most valuable resource of all: TIME. I have so much more free time and less stress now that i don't jump every time my phone buzzes, I know that my guests have proper instructions, feel greeted with personalized messages that have enough AI in them to feel genuine, not robotic (awesome!). Of course I still communicate and meet and greet at will. But so good to have the basics automated!!! I ONLY WISH THEY WOULD INTEGRATE VRBO and HomeAway too because those are still still stressful to manage fully manually. I hope they can bring this feature soon. Until then, i'm stuck to AirBNB only. SUPER highly recommended for any hosts: whether you are 'high contact' with your guests (meeting them throughout their stay) and just need to get key codes and check in/out info out in a timely manner, or super-efficient automator types that need to automate anything they can in their lives. either way SmartBNB is sooo sooo good! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to my friends with rentals!

Smartbnb has saved us a HUGE amount of time. We can relax knowing the important inquires are responded to right away. I still have to try out the "Smart Answers" feature and am looking forward to getting that going for common questions on parking, wifi, etc. Definitely recommend!
