I love using SmartBNB. I was up and running within minutes (not hours, days, weeks...)!!! Also, their templates are very personable and well written. They help me respond quickly to my guests and prospective guests. I haven't even used all of their functionality yet but so far they are the VERY BEST resource I've used in the vacation rental industry.

It's been a great relief not having to worry about notifying guests of so many things, and the cleaner about booking dates etc. I find airbnb more and more onerous as they require more and more of hosts, including timeframe of responding.
