Smartbnb has made managing multiple properties easy. I can easily look at a snapshot of my week and automate communications to my cleaning team including specific instructions for each property.

Great Value. The Market Reports are interesting, and could be more helpful; i.e., one report I run always returns Entire Houses, even though I am running a report on a Private Room accommodating only 2 guest, but some of the listings accommodate up to 6 guests, so the comps are not truly comparable.

This is an excellent service that saves lots of time and effort. You can customize your codes depending on various factors. Highly recommended!
