Great product having loads of potential only marred by unprofessional sales staff. I was sent numerous reminder to be on time, failing which the meeting will NEVER be rescheduled, but the sales rep never turned up wasting my day and time, as I had to cancel other appointments to attend this one super late at night (I am in a different time zone). The tone of the email was super unprofessional and 'inhospitable'.

Encountering multiple and continues issues with VRBO’s calendar sync, getting stuck again with the AI bot, waiting again (now over 24 hours) to chat with a human, which usually connects from ‘sunny Honduras’ in a totally off hour time zone, completely useless hours to chat realtime here in Italy, Europe. Hospitable makes everything so easy to have all your data, calendars, messaging and reservations in one place. They are always innovating and adding new features. They really listen to their hosts and managers to see what their needs are and carry out solutions as they are able.

customer support is excellent whether the AI or human. I always get my questions answered everytime.

Do not use! Deceptive listings and poor customer service. Will never use them again. Save yourself money and trouble!

We had a bit of a rough start, despite paying extra to be trained by the team. Once we got the gang of it, it's a very cool program. Lots of features that fit our needs perfectly. Smarty is also a very in tune AI and probably the smartest I haver come across yet.

New to STR ownership and hoping that Hospitable can bring together all the booking platforms in one place for me to manage a single calendar, as well as incorporate a direct bookings options for me. So far so good while drinking from a firehose on both the amount and quality of new customer support with only a few hiccups to navigate thus far! Listened in on my first Town Hall today which I believe to be a valuable offering! Cheers to moving forward together!
