Look, for the renter this is invasive and the company's privacy policy is entirely inadequate. They will try and protect the data they now have from me - we all know how that works out over time. From reading their policy there is no time limit on how long they can retain that data, and they state that they can change their policy at any time. When I tried to cancel my account they warned me that I would never again be able to to use my email if I ever wanted ( or was forced to) sign up again. It may be good for owners. It's bad for renters. I will avoid properties that use this in the future

Hospitable has given my time back. I love the training, the processes that are offered...and not dynamic pricing.

These people defrauded us of our money and have offered no support. They are absolutely blatantly taking money for services they do not provide. Avoid at all costs. Updated to add that they took weeks to offer any support. Our valid issue was 'handled' by AI and then four humans (they claimed) before the refund was given, and then the refund was less than our initial payment due to the exchange rate, so they still got a couple of hundred dollars from us for their less than no support. I am not updating this review to be any more favourable.

Twice in the last 2 months I have not been able to complete a booking. From not being able to identify me or saying my credit card is a fraud. They are full of it!
