Great products but wretched customer service. I pre-ordered a product that was listed as "on the way" for 3 months. In the meantime, the item went to Sold Out on their website. Tried to reach out via their automated customer service portal a couple times, only to receive a stock reply which didn't address my issue. Their Customer Service portal is a useless waste of time. E-mailed them directly for an inquiry or refund....very slow response. Meanwhile the price of the item doubled on Amazon while I was trying to get a reply out of Horrormerch. Finally I got a store credit instead of a refund, when I requested a refund for non-delivery of my item. In the end it will cost me 50% more to buy this item due to dealing with Horrormerch and I haven't received an actual refund, only store credit. Update: in reply to Horrormerch's reply to my initial review, their reply is for a different transaction that happened months before tnis incident. I never received the item I ordered, it was very difficult to reach an actual human to try to me fix the situation, and when it became clear that I would never receive this item, I requested a refund. I never received a refund. Instead of a refund, I received store credit and only after it was confirmed they could not deliver the item that I paid for since they were sold out. If a customer pays for an item and the merchant cannot deliver the item, the merchant should give a full refund for price/delivery paid and not store credit whicg forcing you to use that money with them even if there's no other product of theirs that you are interested in. Shameful money-grab.

Never again Response to below: You're lying. I placed my order on 2/1/25. After reaching out to you several times for the status of my order [and not receiving a response], I filed a claim with my bank to reverse my credit card charge on 3/26/25 (that means I waited nearly two months for my one shirt that I never received). After presenting my evidence to my bank and not getting a response from you, my bank ruled in my favor and gave me my money back. Don't insult my integrity to try and save face.

Places an order back in October and it is now March of the next year and have not received any information about my order. I had emailed customer service and they said "if you did not receive it - please contact your local post office for further information" Then I stated that my order arrived at my house in August, two months prior of my order. No help whatsoever.

It's been over two months and my package is not moving. They told me they would resend it and that never happened. Tried getting ahold of them and they are ignoring me. Just took my money. They replied back to me they have no idea of the issue. That's a lie. They said quite a few Dec/Jan orders never moved out of Ohio. So they would resend it with tracking. Never got the tracking for that. It never got resent.

I want my money back, I'm not going to wait over 6 months, thank you for your business.

Ordered a few shirts from here and they offered a bonus if I ordered. I never received the bonus and they said it's only a limited bonus but I bought it when they offered. Will never buy from here again.

Pre ordered a funko pop in August 2024 and it’s currently Feb 2025. Have not received my purchase and when I reached out to them by a comment on their instagram they blocked me. Since their customer service email is nothing but automated response with links to their FAQ. **Also this response from them stating it was delivered I ordered more than one item, and only received half my order. So I guess they don’t think to actually looking into any customer care regarding an issue. Impossible to track a shipment that was never shipped. Where’s the tracking for the package of the item I preordered????
