I wish I could give 0 stars. I ordered a pre-order Godzilla funko January 8th, it’s now July and the release date keeps getting pushed back despite seeing the same funko at my local mall. When I commented around March on a post via Instagram about this issue, I was basically told not to be a dick and it’ll happen whenever it happens. This was supposed to be a Valentines gift for my husband and now it’s just $20 disappeared. The worst part is if you comment on anything or email and “sound rude, entitled or impatient”, they state on their page they’ll refuse to send your stuff while keeping your money.

Worst company ever. I have ordered from dozens of other sites and never experienced anything like this company. I ordered 5 shirts back in October of 2020. As of April 2021 i am still waiting for 3 of them. There is absolutely no excuse for this and their pre order disclaimer is a way for them to hide the fact that you will never receive your order. They are the only company that even has this pre order disclaimer so that's a hint and a half. Creepy co, fright rags, wicked clothes and blackcraft are all sites I have ordered from with similar attire and I have been 100% satisfied with them. Avoid this "company" like covid.

Ordered 4 shirts back in May 2020 for my son's June birthday. Have only received 2 and they are giving me the runaround about the other 2. They should have been here by now......so pissed off😵 My son was looking forward to those shirts. I just want my money back!!

I wish I could give them less then one star. They have the WORST customer service. I USED to spend an OBSCENE amount of money on this site. I preordered shirts from there on my last purchase, and waited.. I never received a date when the shirts would be shipped out, so I just gave it some more time. I waited for months, no update. I finally contacted customer service and asked how they might be able to help me and they were so RUDE and dismissive! They told me they "don't give refunds, let alone this far after the order". I told them since it was a pre-order , I wasn't aware of how long I should wait and was trying to give it an appropriate amount of time. I got no reply back and have not ordered from them since. Terrible way to run a business. Great way to lose a valued customer!
