I like the selection of items they have…
I like the selection of items they have on their site including the mask I chose to purchase. Unfortunately a notification popped up saying that my mask had been delivered on Saturday when I never saw it at all or got it. I wondered if there's a way to fix that, was it a mistake or has my order been misdelivered? Can anything be done?

This item was refunded - it was never shipped. Please contact your billing provider for further information and if you received an item from another site - contact them as posting negative about us not receiving something that was refunded is incorrect posting. Also posting multiple reviews - under different names - will be flagged by trust pilot for spam issues
