As listed prior to purchase all items are either made to order or will ship once they are released. Posting a negative review will not speed up any shipping, refunds or otherwise. Also posting multiple reviews - under different names - will be flagged by trust pilot for spam issues

You received a refund in full. As you were refunded no items would be sent to you because they would not have been paid for. Posting that you didn't receive items after forcing a refund isn't a negative review. We can't send out something that has not been paid as you were already refunded.
