I ordered a few shirts from this website I am really looking forward to them coming. The only issue i am having is i can't find a real answer as to when my item will be shipped. I noticed a problem with my address portion and tried contacting the company to see if it could be changed since it doesn't say shipped yet. They weren't really much help. Basically, told that because the item was sent to printing there was no way to change the address. The whole address is there except the street name. I was told to contact the USPS but i have no tracking or reference number and no shipping information. I don't want a refund or exchange and am not trying to bad mouth the company. Customer service could be improved though and have information that they can give us with real time answers. Ill update this review if i actually receive my products. FINGERS CROSSED EDIT: I in no way am expecting this review to change the process or speed it up. I did review the emails including automated ones. I was told i would have to contact my post office by you which is fine i understand the address mistake was on my end. I cannot however get a tracking number to do that. Thats all i was saying here is that the feedback is not very useful. Im not blaming the company for the address mistake and like i stated previously i do want my merch still. I was just letting people know the issue i was having to maybe help it not happen to them. I want to reiterate. I messed up the address not the company, I am just having a hard time getting a tracking number so that i can contact the post office. Thank you EDIT I recieved my merch. It is good quality and im glad it shipped just fine, it did take a while but i would order from them again.

As we have already responded to your email earlier - address changes for items already in production are not guaranteed. Please revisit your purchase receipt, the terms and conditions you replied to and https://horrormerchstore.com/pages/contact-horrormerch-com#FAQcancel for further information "As soon as a you place a purchase, your purchase is not able to be edited or cancelled as the items within your purchase are processed within our network of warehouses to fulfill your purchase. Please be sure that you are 100% certain that your purchase contains the items you would like to order. Once a purchase is placed, we are not able to: add coupons or discounts change clothing sizes add or remove items make any other purchase/product modifications Address Changes May still be possible - but are not guaranteed." As this item has already been placed into production about a week ago, the longer the time frame to notify us of any address errors entered at the time of purchase, the less likely it is able to be changed as it is mostly likely on press this week and/or already shipped. Posting a review will also not speed up, change or reverse this process - as listed prior to purchase and within your receipt. Please revisit previous emails (including any automated emails), your purchase receipt and direct product descriptions for further information.

Heya, as all of the shirts are made to order - we are not able to offer faster shipping options as these items are printed on demand as they are purchased.
