Pre-ordred an item. It was supposed to ship in January. Then the date got pushed back again and again. Finally, I reached out to them asking what the status of my order was. They responded some half-hearted attempt at communication which said something about a refund that I didn't request. I asked for further clarification and they just responded with, "refer to previous email." This company is utter garbage!

The shirts fit great and the print looks good! Could use faster ship times but worth the wait!
