Family ordered bunch. I opened bag of 5. 2 were unusable due to the ear strap in the wrong location or missing all together. Went to their website and no phone. E-mailed. Then read reviews - 45% stating scam, etc. Called FDA - NEITHER THE COMPANY OR THE PRODUCT HAVE REGISTRATION NUMBERS. Recommend not using

This company is a SCAM. Do not buy masks from them. They will take your money and then not send the items. They also do not answer calls or emails. I have had to report them to my credit card company, Paypal, and BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

ordered masks...told they would be delivered 1-11-21...havnt shown up and today is 1-13-21... cant get them to reply......waste of $100.00. Once they get your money...couldnt care less....if you belive a 5 star rating...you are a fool.

I order masks on January 6, 2022 and paid an additional $17.99 for two day shipping. They have not arrived. The Hope in Hope Health Supply means you hope they are honest and the product you ordered will be delivered. The suggestion to follow the order by Shop never did work also. Another Scam company?

Buyer Beware! This company is a scam. HopeHealthSupply.Com is the same as HopeHealthSupply.Store Both names are the same fraudulent site and company. I ordered and they took the money right away, never provide shipping info, and the phone numbers are completely useless. One number refers you to call another number for "customer service" and no one ever answers. You also can't leave a message, and no one will answer your emails either. I reported them to PayPal and I hope they can ban them from accepting payments. Do yourself a favor and buy from another company. These scam artists are stealing from people during a pandemic. I am reversing this charge (so they won't get my money), but it was a pain to have to report it.

BUYER BEWARE! Placed an order 1 week ago, was told 24 hour shipping. They charged my credit card immediately. No way to contact them by phone(used the Covid excuse) to inquire about my non delivery. Sent 3 emails, 3 online Chats, 2 message via their Facebook page - ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE! Filing complaint with BBB as well disputing with my credit card company.

STAY AWAY! Hope Health Supply never shipped my order of KN95 masks. I have tried several times to contact them only to receive an auto response saying that they will get back to me.
