Minus 1 review. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!! I thought I researched Hope Health Supply to purchase masks from. Joke! They are everything that all the many other 1-star reviews have stated. Total theft of monies paid and no masks shipped. And no, they do not respond to emails and no tel # to contact. These people are outright thieves.

I ordered the KN95 mask bundle yesterday using the shop pay 4 equal payments. I was charged immediately for the full amount. I emailed the company 4 times asking to cancel my order and called them they have not responded to either email or phone call. Unfortunately too late, I read their reviews of other customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF!!

A friend had said she liked their mask so I ordered over $60.00 worth. I had 6 packages I opened only 1. The masks were too tight and I COULDN'T BREATHE WELL AND THE EAR PIECES SNAPPED AND BROKE. i REQUESTED TO RETURN THE UNOPENED PACKAGES AND WAS TOLD THE WAREHOUSE WAS NOT PROCESSING RETURNS AT THAT TIME BECAUSE THEY WERE TOO BUSY.

They stole $83.50 from me. I ordered almost 2 months ago. On first contact, they told me my package was lost and they'd send another. Haven't heard from them since, and they don't respond to followup requests. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Recommend that others do the same.

Ordered KN95 masks a week ago, they acknowledged the order with an email and have heard nothing back since then. It has now been 3 weeks, I've sent a request for order fulfillment, but only received an email saying they are working on it.
