This company must be out in space. You call 800 number ,emailed 5 times even tried their chat live twice ,very frustrating. Stear clear of this place. Call American Express to get my money back. They simple SUCK….

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM!! I am a doctor and needed kn95 masks immediately. I ordered masks over a week ago and paid an additional $18 for 2-day delivery. I have not received my order nor have I received a response to the 5 emails I have sent to Hope Health Supply inquiring when I expect to receive it! I rarely leave reviews and the fact that I am taking my time to write this review is a testament to what an awful company this is. PLEASE share with others as this company is advertising all over the internet and I would not want anyone else to experience this scam, loss of $, and lack of response. There is no excuse! Same as everybody else here. Total scam. Paid handsomely for 2-day expedited shipping and haven't even received an email about product being shipped. Emailed company with no response. I have disputed the charges (everyone needs to do this!!) with my credit card company and PayPal. I am in the process of filing a report with the FDA. Do NOT give this company your hard-earned money. SHUT THEM DOWN.

I bought 15 KN95 masks. They are to tight for me. I wanted to know what my options are. I've emailed twice but no response. Terrible customer service.

Scam company, ordered and never received. Company offered a replacement after 14 emails and threats to report to BBB. I asked for my money back. They then offered to replace original order with a 50 pack (my original order was for 15) I reluctantly agreed. They then billed my same card for 50 more, and surprise, they never arrived either. I am now out for 2 orders. Guess they are hoping to cash in quick and close up shop. Sad that scam artists can get away with this, sadder that opportunistic A-holes want to cash in on a worldwide pandemic.

Beware. This company is a scam. PayPal refunded my payment immediately.

I have no way to respond directly to LINELL MARY Bailey who, I have no doubt is an actual person because of her multiple real reviews of various companies, but, I feel compelled to put in another 1 star review to counter her 5 star review that raises the question of whether HopeHealthSupply.Com is the same as HopeHealthSupply.Store Both names are the same site and company. Please don’t rate a company 5 stars unless you’ve had very positive experiences. We have not. See my other review and the many legit 1 star reviews. Disregard the many fake 5 star reviews. One star.
