My advice is to STAY AWAY. This company is a scam. They will not list a phone number, only an email address on their store site. Furthermore they charged my credit card immediately, even though the items weren’t even ready for shipping. I finally sent them an email, canceling my order, and requesting reimbursement. Only then did I receive a reply telling me that me request would be forwarded to a supervisor. I immediately contacted my credit card company, and disputed the charge. They thanked me for being so prompt, as there is a 90 day window. I instead used another company who replied that my order was being shipped the next day. They provided a tracking number, and a phone number as well. Please be careful. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Scam.

Terrible customer service. Non existent. Cancelling my order. N-95 masks can be found anywhere else.

Ordered KN95 masks and COVID test kits for $217.68 on Jan. 5, 2022. Money came out of my account on Jan. 6, 2022. I sent email to see when order was going to be shipped since initially I never heard from them in a response. To date no response, no shipment. They have no phone number to call. I agree a scam. I will have to go to my bank. I should have gone to Amazon to begin with. I was on a reputable sight and the add for items came up. I thought it was reputable. Wrong. I have cookies blocked on my computer too. Dumb me!!!!!

Needed 3ply medical grade surgical masks so I ordered a few boxes from them and just received it. They’re so flimsy and non-medical grade! It’s not even 3 ply. The masks are literally 2 ply of sheer cloth type fibers that does not protect anything! Worse part is they are made in China from Anhui Province. What a SCAM!!!!!!

Ordered mask neatly two weeks ago, to date I haven’t received any thing. I sent emails asking for updates on my order and received no response. Somebody really needs to do something, Still waiting on a response from this company or I need a refund of my money

Just like others - ordered masks - have waited over a week with no response to my emails asking about my order that still hasn't shipped. Wish I'd have seen these reviews before I ordered.
