After several years of good service and…
After several years of good service and quality product, last couple orders had flaws in the packaging of the masks. The very last order, before you went out of business, has 2 of the 6 packages of multi-pack masks with the bags already opened, unsealed. We finished using other masks and only today opened the large package of this order, hence our tardy response.

I ordered 2 boxes of COVID tests
I ordered 2 boxes of COVID tests. They were shipped vis USPS. The package was delivered into my mailbox which was in full sun in 100+degree weather. The boxes were hot when I opened the packsge. I emailed asking if the tests would still be accurate when used but received no response.

One of the bags w/ masks was punctured
One of the bags w/ masks was punctured, and I didn't feel comfortable using those them. I have been with your company for quite some time now, and this is the only issue I have had, but, of course it was less than ideal.

Defective
Masks tear down the middle of the masks and the strap that goes behind the ears snaps off right at the masks when putting it on.

A couple of the masks were not wearable…
A couple of the masks were not wearable because the seam was split open. Very disappointed as these masks aren’t cheap.

Expired Covid test kits
I ordered 2 Covid test kits where the expiration date on the box is not expired, but the expiration date on the tester is expired by 4 months to a year. There is a note. How is this legitimate? How can I trust the results? Not sure that I can therefore I will no longer order Covid test kits from this company

the product delivered (K95 mask) has…
the product delivered (K95 mask) has ear loops that are too long. I have a large head and the mask still does not fit tightly. Although it is implied that the mask is to help prevent infection, the package is covered with warnings that it is not for medical use, will not prevent viral infection, or the flu, etc. Obviously not for covid use. disappointing.

Follow up to masks I received
I received masks that were dated 2022 and 2016. I asked if they were out of date. I finally received an email reply, that did not fully answer my questions. I sent a reply to that email and never heard back. I doubt that I will ever do business with Hope Health Supply again.
