My order for masks has never came!
My order for masks has never come. Tracking shows the last entry on Oct 21st when it left UPS to go to the USPS, but it never got to the USPS. Both are telling me to talk to the other. I consider it lost. Edit: Thanks for the refund. Sorry UPS and USPS were so sloppy.

Some of the zipped K95 masks packages…
Some of the zipped K95 masks packages were opened?? Correct amount of masks, but integrity of packaging compromised.

A disappointed buyer
I have ordered many times from Hope Supply. I bought 15 masks and like how they are now individually wrapped. However, I was disappointed on the quality of the mask. I bought KN95 and they definitely are not as thick as they used to be. Did you change formula how you make them? I am wondering if they now give me the same protection from viruses.

The masks that you have are 5-layers of protection, like any KN95 mask we offer on our site. Like: Good fit Do better: white covering inside the mask extends unevenly outside the mask onto the nose guard.
