Over two years I made several orders for white KN95 masks and they all seemed satisfactory. However, last month I decided to order black KN95 masks advertised on their web site. I was shocked at the shoddy quality. They are only 2-layer, not 5-layer like the other KN95 masks I have used, and the inside that you put next to your face looks disgusting. I emailed the address they give for complaints 12 days ago, and no response. They took my $60 and sent me junk, during a pandemic, and now are avoiding accountability. Also, if you read their policy on returns, which I just did, it's calculated to make it very unlikely anyone will get a refund. I will never use this company again, and I will work with my credit card company to force a refund. Like everyone else is saying BEWARE, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I placed an order for 120 KN95 masks on January 3rd. After not receiving the product in the 7-10 business days stated, I emailed only to get a reply saying they were behind and that most orders would ship this week (that was last week). Here it is January 18th, I emailed again this morning and have received no reply. Luckily I paid through PayPal, so I will be submitting a formal complaint and hope to get my money back.

They have not responded to any of the several emails I sent. I have not received any merchandise but they took my money the day after my order was sent in. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I ordered n95 masks from this company on 12/5. Today is 12/18. I have sent 2 emails asking when they will be delivered. No response from them, however, they DID CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD!!!!! I do not know how to proceed on this. I assume my money is lost.

Once you place the order you never hear back from them. They take your money and run. No customer service. Scumbag company.

0 STARS! SCAM ALERT. I paid $97.00 for 60 masks. I never received the masks. I called PayPal to get my money back. PayPal's policy states I have to wait 10 more days for a response from this fake company. My order says I ordered from Platform Partners LP not Hope Health. Papal gave me the phone#800-450-4482. A voicemail will say due to COVID we only correspond thru email but they won't answer your email.
