I placed an order for 15 masks and the company doubled my order and charged me twice without my permission. Facebook reviews show that some people never receive their orders.

I had the same experience as a lot of other reviewers, but I was able to get my money back. I used a Visa debit card. I talked to a Visa rep, they did a reversal, and the money was back into my account the next day. Hope Health Supply took my money and then didn't deliver the masks which I ordered. I encourage anyone else in this situation to talk to your bank about a dispute complaint and reversal of funds. It will do absolutely no good to contact BBB.

I ordered some mask January 7,2022 I have yet to hear from this company I’ve sent emails with no response back this obviously 🙄 is a SCAM! How do you just take peoples money 💵 and don’t fulfill their orders I wish I seen these reviews before I ordered I’m disputing this with my bank!

I order a mask last Jan 10 2022 , paid them thru paypal. Emailed them several times since no telephone number on their site but no response. I contacted paypal, since I have a verified account in paypal they immediately gave me a refund. Avoid this lowlife scammer at the time of pandemic.

Clearly this company is shady. No response to multiple emails after I ordered mask and paid for two day shipping over a week ago. Their tracking does not show that they have even shipped yet. I called and the outgoing voicemail says that they will only respond to emails. I filed a better business bureau complaint and everyone here leaving negative reviews should do so as well. They hadn’t been rated at all and deserve an F rating.

I ordered masks. My account paid for them but I never received them. I’ve sent them emails but they don’t respond. This company is a rip off.

This company is selling counterfeit KN95 masks. They are not FDA or NIOSH certified and should not be sold here. Something needs to be done to protect buyers during this deadly pandemic.

Wish I could select no stars!! In any event I ordered 2 rapid Covid tests on January the 6th and still have not received them. What’s really odd is that they are no longer on their website, I think I was scammed!! Upon placing the order my credit card was immediately charged the $90 for the 2 kits, but nothing has been received. I emailed them and got a response a few days later telling me they are short staffed and overwhelmed by the amount of orders, but that my masks will soon be on the way! Masks? I didn’t order masks, I sent another email telling them this, but they never got back to me! I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Don’t ever order from this company unless you want a lot of headaches and want lose money!
