I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order. 10 days ago, I ordered 60 masks from Hope Health Supply and was told they'd be shipped in 3-5 days. I paid for 2-3 day shipping. Nothing has arrived. I've sent two emails, but no one has replied to me. I tried to call a number I found for them, but it says my call cannot be completed as dialed. I currently have COVID and really needed masks for my family (our cloth ones weren't cutting it, and I'm on chemo). Instead, $99 was taken from me without hearing from this company or seeing even a shipping label printed. I'm very disappointed in this, especially during a time where people need help.

I never got my KN95 masks ...there is no phone number for customer service and the email there is no response If I could give Zero stars I would. Requesting my money back from my bank. Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!

Ordered 90 KN95 masks on Jan 7, money ($136) was taken from my credit card on the same day. I received a confirmation email stating I would be contacted when my order was shipped. Thirteen days later no notification. I have emailed to get no response. When I finally found a phone number on this page I get a recording giving the email address. RIP OFF SCAMMERS!!!

Ordered Jan. 9. 15 masks. Have a confirmation number but nothing regarding shipping date . Emailedthem on the 12th and they said people out and surge in orders. Emailed again today and no response so far. Going tosee if I can find thdm locally.Tired of all the scams in on line ordering..hard to believe there are so many dishonest people in our world today..

Ordered January 6, card was charged immediately. Now January 19th and nothing - not even the courtesy of a response to my emails. Be wary of companies that don’t even have a phone number.

i ordered the mask on the 6th i have yet to recieve my order and emailed them and it says failed no response this has to be a scam website if anyone have a number that they can give to reach out to them

I ordered these masks over a month ago and my credit card was charged on January 3. Today in January 19. I still haven't received them. I wrote to them twice and got no response.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I dealt with this people. I ordered 3 weeks ago and gave them a week or so to send me info on the shipping and I never received anything. So I emailed them and they said that they had people out due to illness, then the next couple of days I got info that the masks had been mailed. Still don't have a tracking number and I all I see when I check on the order on their page is that they have received the order with no more responses to my emails. They have taken the money from my credit card for the purchase. They done that after I was told they would be shipping a week ago. I will call my credit card tomorrow and get that taken off and get my money back
