Customer service stinks!!!!Robot vac is very hard to get to connect to WiFi.Customer service wanted a video or pictures of my problem.What a joke.Wouldnt give this thing away!!

Shocking, NON EXISTANT customer service!! S14 Vacuum not even a year old & the brush roller has stopped working. So, as guided, sent a few pictures & video along with the Amazon item number, as it is still in warranty period. NO REPLY, or acknowledgement from HONITURE. I sent a follow-up email stating my original email had not had a reply & yes,again, no response. Shocking company. I will need to go via Amazon I guess.

Bought a honiture S15 vacuum cleaner in December last year and it's battery has packed in already so sent email to the guarantee page I registered with and had nothing Back..alarms bells should have started when they asked me to give a 5star review for a £10 voucher just a week after buying it& I told them no....... avoid even at the low price..,

DO NOT buy from this company. Not interested if there is a problem. No Customer Service - no phone number, only email to be told to back to the store. Save your hard-earned money for another product.

Un titre marrant mais malheureusement triste. Utilisation de l'appareil pendant moins de 2ans, très bon fonctionnement pour une utilisation plus que classique (30min toutes les semaines, avec un entretien suffisant), mais la batterie a surchauffé et a commencé à faire fondre le manche de l'aspirateur, en fonctionnement. Malgré plusieurs relances auprès du SAV pour au moins réaliser un diagnostic et voir pour une réparation, je n'ai eu aucune réponse, hormis un mail, pour me demander quel était le modèle sachant que le SAV avait toutes les infos d'achat : le SAV ne connait pas même pas les produits vendus, en plus d'ignorer les demandes. L'incident électrique a eu lieu fin 2023, à ce jour (mars 2024), aucun retour du SAV ne m'a été fait à la suite de mes relances. L'appareil a subit un départ de feu et le SAV n'en a que faire. L'entreprise HONITURE fournit dont des appareils tout simplement dangereux. Marque à éviter.

Never give any awnser from the support departement .... no support at all !!! If it broke you will get stock !! Update.. they reply two year later !!

Had the s14 a few weeks now does what it says battery doesn’t last long but long enough todo my property so works for me.

un robot horniture depuis un an le q6pro aucun problème pourvu que cela dur des difficultés la première installation mais grâce au sav avec de bonne explication tout roule
