Une honte , honiture Q6 pro en panne au bout de 1 an , le service client m informe qu ils m envoie un autre robot mais voila plus de réponse et bien sûr jamais de nouveau robot

so far I an very pleased with our purchase of HONITURE S14 Vacuum Cleaner. We have now been using it for about a week and find so much easier than our corded vacuum cleaner. Easy to empty. Took a little getting used to the head moving about more than we expected but it gets to all the dust etc. I feel much more inclined to whisk it out of the cupboard and use it and that takes so little effort. Glad we purchased one with an extra battery so it is always available to use. Hoping for many years of good use.

Avoid this company. I purchased a Q6 robot vacuum cleaner for £350 back in 2021. Whilst it's been a very good robot vacuum cleaner it stopped working after 2 years and 3 months. I reached out to the company via email (the only way to reach customer services) I haven't received anything. I looked online and support is very limited and spare batteries are incredibly expensive. On reflection I won't spend more than £100 on an unknown Chinese brand any more. Its just not worth it.

Cordless Vaccum cleaner (S12) purchased via Amazon. So far so good - obviously suction is not as good as a corded upright but better than a previous cordless machine. Quiet machine & flexible head. Good selection of accessories.

Terrible products and customer service. Vacuum broke after just a few months after purchase. They promised new parts which did not arrive! Customer service just stopped replying to messages. Do not buy from this company!

Buenas tardes, compré en septiembre honitureG20, lo empecé a usar en enero se a estropeado y la contestación que me da el ingeniero técnico es que si mi suelo es oscuro que cambié el suelo a color claro ,les mandé factura, número de pedido y lo que le pasa al robot y no quieren arreglarlo esta dentro de la garantía, me parece de vergüenza no lo recomiendo a nadie muy mala experiencia, no lo compréis solo me a durado 2meses funcionando
