Customer service non existent. Tried to contact them when my vacuum became faulty after very little use. Noone responded back. Warranty is worthless with this company. Avoid at all costs.

Bought one of their products in March of this year, While I'm pleased with the the product itself, suction etc. Less then pleased with the non existent customer service so called !! The charger units wires frayed one side, So I'm unable to charge unit up. Making the product unusable. They say after a maximum of 3 days they will be in touch ? Still waiting. Nor can I find a charger to fit product. My advice is stay clear of this company, once they have sold a product to you, they are no longer interested. If I could have given no score, I would have done. £121 down the pan !

Horrible customer service. I bought our robot vacuum 8 months ago and it died. After several attempts of contacting, they responded with a request for my order number. I sent that and now I am blocked on Amazon for reviewing that item. Meanwhile, I have a 2 year warranty and get ahold of anyone. Be leary of this company.

I bought a vacuum cleaner from Walmart in May 2023. Less than a year later, the device stopped working. After emailing to all of the different customer service emails I could find, I received a response with instructions for troubleshooting, but nothing worked. Then, they asked me to submit a video of the malfunction, which I sent a month ago. Still no response today. They do not honor the 3-year warranty (which was mentioned on the Walmart website when I bought the vacuum, but there was no warranty card in the package), and do not care to resolve my issue with the defective device. When I made my purchase, the Walmart website said Honiture was a German brand but this has mysteriously changed. I'm only finding out now that this is not the case, and they're from China, apparently. A lot of things don't add up here, and I do not recommend buying any of their products as long as they ignore customers this way and do not honor their warranties.

No response from customer service

No reply from customer support. I bought a cordless vac cleaner a week ahi. And already ot doesnt work. I think its the battery is defect. It doesnt start anymore after 2-3 times use. Wrote them on the emil for customee sipport. Which is the only way for contact. Seems very little. What to do? New defect product, no one is replying

Honiture is a great product and Hoover as well has great options on the app and I am really enjoying using this however I have found that the mop feature doesn’t really do a great deal but really all I need it for is a hoover and it does its job well
