I have the S14 which was fine for a few months until the dust bucket clip now fails. It is too weak to hold the dust bucket and therefore the machine is useless. The website is slick and gives you a false sense of security. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. NOONE ANSWERS I have tried 4 times now. I bought through Amazon, who have no interest in helping if it is over 90 days from purchase. These things have a 3 year warranty …haha DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Bonjour. La boîte à poussière du robot ne fonctionne plus. J'ai contacté le service après-vente, je n'ai jamais eu de réponse. Le robot quant à lui fonctionne très bien,mais jusqu'à quand ? Tournez-vous vers d'autres marques. Cordialement Vincent.

UPDATE: After a year of not hearing back from the company, they sent a replacement. Similar story to the others published here. Robot vacuum Q6 worked well for about 3-4 months, then it started having these bizarre issues (ex: "front bumper is stuck" when it wasn't at all). They replied to my first email suggesting a troubleshooting solution. It didn't work and now, no one answers subsequent emails. The seller through Amazon has never replied to any of my messages and Amazon itself doesn't really care because we're beyond the first 90 days. Sincerely never ever buy Chinese stuff.

La lumière et la brosse électrique ne fonctionnent plus, achat il y a 6 mois .. garantie de 2ans .. pas pris en compte par le vendeur car ils ne vendent plus cette marque .A 150euros l'aspirateur. Déçu et se sent escroquer.

Sono rimasto sorpreso dall'efficienza del servizio di assistenza, ho avuto un problema con il mio robot Q6 comprato attraverso Amazon, quest'ultimo non è stato in grado di darmi nessuna risposta efficace per risolvere il problema!! Ho scritto, allora, direttamente al servizio di assistenza Honiture e la gentilissima signora LILI ha provveduto in, tre giorni, a farmi recapitare un robot NUOVO. 5 stelle più che meritate !!

Shocking customer service, been trying to get a repair since June.

A fuir cette marque j'ai acheté un aspirateur avant de partir en valet à mon retour il n'a fonctionné à peine 3 semaines et d'un coup s'éteint ne se rallume plus ensuite je bidouille il se rallume mais n'aspire plus rien ....malgré mes nombreuses mails a la marque aucune réponse. Je m'étais fié aux avis positifs sur Amazon mais je constate qu'ils étaient pour la majorité faux !!! Je ss dégoûté 244 eur à la poubelle

Never buy this brand again!! We got a vacuum robot from Amazon in July, they wrote down on the selling advertising description: FREE RETURN AND REFUND AFTER PURCHASE WHIN SIX MONTHS. I contacted them after three months, they keep telling me contact Amazon for return and refund, and I told them what I saw on their selling advertising, then they said not recommend to returning it because it will cost very expensive shipping. After that, I don’t get any reply from them. And we only can reach them by email which they take forever to reply.
