They will not respond to emails or help desk/customer support. I have sent several emails with no response. They dont respond to return requests or dissatisfaction. They dont guarantee returns or their products. Worst company ever. The vacuum has terrible sucking power.

The vacuum is great and solid. Easy to use and easy to clean. No reason to Buy anything else!

Fast delivery and works as well as my older “branded” hoover! Lightweight too.

I had issues with my vacumm and Horniture took care of that and was very helpful in the process.

I would not buy from this site!! I received my pro x vacuum. After using it once, and patterning to use it again, after only a month… the vacuum kept giving me and E1 message and two red icon. I read the instructions. I reached out to customer service. They asked me to do a few steps and send a video, which I did. I did everything they asked twice. And sent the video. I asked for a refund cause I was still within the 30 days. They said that they cannot refund it because it has been used. They can only refund products that have not been used which makes no sense because how do you have a guarantee hasslefree refund, but then say you don’t want to refund it because it’s been used. It only works towards unused products so we proceed with the warranty. I have a year warranty. It’s been two weeks now and I have yet to hear back from the customer service nobody wants to help me. Nobody wants to help me proceed with the warranty. This is the worst company ever worst product ever I keep sending them emails. Nobody is responding to me.

The support team was excellent and quick to resolve the issue, and they were also very accommodating afterward

Danny in customer care has been fantastic. I love the X7 very efficient and it's quiet too. Nice and light and stands up on its own I find that a big plus. Will buy again
