Honiture P7 is great vacuum with lots of power

I am in my 80's and I find the vacuum a bit heavy and not as maneuverable as other hand held vacuums I have owned.On a positive note, this vacuum is very powerful even on the middle setting and the battery lasts a long time.

I ordered the wrong accessories by mistake, and they just didn’t work with my device. I contacted customer service, explained the situation, and they offered a 50% refund. It wasn’t their fault to begin with, so I thought that was a pretty reasonable way to handle it.

Did a lot of comparison on 2 things: suction and battery life... quite honestly, the P7 I find of good value... the suction does a great job even compared to my upper end shark... but the battery life hold well even at the higher suction mode... the battery hold well enough alternating the suction mode in the high traffic areas on one battery for me to do a 1500 square foot main level... I went ahead and bought two for our duplex of the same size.

I bought a G20 Pro robot vacuum, but when it turned up it was clearly used – proper gutted at first. So I had a word with customer service, fully expecting weeks of back-and-forth emails and a right nightmare. But nope. Once they checked and saw it was a warehouse cck-up, Honiture just sent me a brand new one, no fuss. Honestly, I was chuffed to bits. For that kind of service and speed, they get a solid 10 out of 10 from me!

I bought the HONITURE V8 Pro via Amazon in June 2024. The device itself worked well enough, but the software was a disaster right from the get-go. I somehow made it work after a few attempts of having the vacuum robot scan my apartment. A months ago, however, the vacuum robot seemed to have lost its navigational abilities and instead just drove around in circles. I wanted to contact customer support, which has been unresponsive in every single occasion. I have sent them 3 requests already because I'm still within my warranty period, but 0 responses from them. I suggest everyone to avoid any products of this company like the plague. Not only because every day usage isn't the most convenient, but primarily because you're on your own as soon as something goes wrong. Warranty or good customer services doesn't mean anything to these people.
