I purchased the brand new gold, beautiful vacuum that they say is so wonderful. I opened it tried it troubleshot it. The suction is horrible. I contacted them because they say they have an easy hasslefree warranty. Then they lie to you. There is no warranty they offer you $30 of your $300 purchase telling you that you’ve opened it so it cannot be resold so therefore you’re stuck with it. There is no return policy they’re fraud the vacuum doesn’t work. The suction is horrible and then when you go to collect your Money by returning the product you were told oh I’m so sorry you opened the box. Well, how else are you going to know if it worked or not if you didn’t turn it on. Horrible company would never buy from them because there is no warranty there is no guarantee and there is no refund. They’re liars fraudsters run as fast as you can.

Great product at a great price. Very lightweight and easy to use. Feels more expensive than it is. Customer service responsive and helpful too.

I'm happy with the vacuum and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good vacuum for my son and his wife. But I decided to keep it and give them my Dyson. This vacuum ticked all the boxes of what I wanted. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for an excellent product.

There after care service is second to none ,I don't know what I would do without my robot vacuum cleaner ,saves so much time

Je fais face à un service après-vente absolument détestable. Malgré plusieurs contacts, mes demandes restent sans réponse ou sont traitées avec une indifférence totale. Délais interminables, manque de professionnalisme et aucune solution concrète apportée. Très déçu par ce niveau de service qui ne respecte pas le client. À éviter.

I’ve been very impressed with my experience with Honiture . I have never previously bought a product from Honiture but I have been very happy with the product and service I have received. The customer service has been excellent and all my queries have been answered promptly. I would recommend anyone thinking of buying a new vacuum cleaner to consider Honiture. My new vacuum is cleaner is a great product at a reasonable price.

It lasted 4 months before it started with the errors. It has been regularly cleaned and maintained. Around month 5 it was a constant 'please clean the cliff sensor' & also 'please move to a flat surface' even though it was on a smooth wood floor and had been cleaning said floor for the past 5 months. About 4 weeks ago when I was cleaning the sensors (for what seemed like the billionth time!) I noticed a clump of dirt on one of them. I took a cotton bud to it but soon realised that the dirt was actually under and inside the sensor. I sent details to customer support along with photos and waited...nothing. So I sent another message 2 weeks ago...still nothing! These things are expensive and I not only I expect them to work longer than 6 months but I expect to receive and answer and support when I contact them about 1 of their faulty products....It's the bees knees when its first put to work but quickly declines. Never again!
