HONEST REVIEW P7 PRO The hoovers suction isn’t that good and doesn’t pick up everything, literally tried the hoover for 1 minute and said it’s a load of rubbish, messaged them straight away saying I’m not happy with it performance and would like to send it back, no you cannot send it back because you tested it how else would I know if it’s any good?, I was offered a roller brush as a good will which I reluctantly accepted, then to top it off I was asked to leave a 5 star review once done then screenshot and send it to them, once that’s done then they will send out the brush told them to keep the brush I’m not leaving a review that’s not honest, I’m gifting this hoover to someone else thats what I think of it, my old handheld hoover picks up loads better than this certainly wouldn’t recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered a vacuum, they sent a clock radio. Then they were impossible to get in touch with because they only offer customer service through email. When they finally wrote back, we ended up in a back and forth saga of needing to send them photos so they could “investigate the error” and file a claim with the shipping company. They still haven’t even offered to fix the problem for us yet!!! We still have no vacuum!!!! Don’t waste your time and money!!!! I’m not saying it’s a scam, but there is no customer service to be found here!!!!

The Honiture Customer Service Team is awesome. They are very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and accommodating. Always polite and they put my satisfaction before anything else. I highly recommend this company. If you have an issue, they a are on top of it. I sincerely appreciated their help and cooperation.

Just finished setting up my Honiture X7 cordless vacuum—mounting the wall dock, charging it up, and getting everything organized. All went well. I checked out a lot of cordless vacuums and this is the best one I could find(in by budget). I'm glad I went with Honiture, the quality is better than I expected.I had one concern about the suction feeling a bit weak at first. I thought it might be a defect, but Kiki at customer service assured me it was just the eco mode and that switching to Mid or Max mode would provide full power. Thank you, your customer service is great.

A good service

I bought an P7 Pro vacuum on Amazon, but couldn't find the accessories there. The customer service rep Danny was really helpful and tracked them down for me, even giving me a heads-up about some shipping details in advance. Super nice and friendly. Thanks, Danny!

Very pleased with my P7 Pro vacuum. Better than vacuums I've bought before. Also great customer service experience.
