I had an issue with my vacuum canister and the helpline assisted me quickly and now my vacuum works perfectly!

I’ve just purchased the P7 Pro Cordless Vacuum for replacing my previous S13 and I have to say that it is a very powerful vacuum, the suction power can help to maintain the floors free of debris in literally minutes. The battery can last much more than my previous one making me feel so happy because you can use it two or three times with one charge only of course it depends on the size of the house so I recommend this brand because of the price and the quality.

They compare the Pro 7 to Dyson, it is not patch on the Dyson. The brush stops rotating on short pile carpet in full power. Was supposed to receive 3x Hepa filters Free with package but only received 1x. Customer service don’t even bother to answer emails. Absolutely shocking service.

Arrived today and I'm extremely disappointed. The brush bar is really small, the capacity of the dust collector is even smaller! Suction was poor on both eco and standard but when switched to max, the brush bar kept jamming on the carpet pile. It's supposed to be anti tangle but once round the house and the brush bar was covered in hair, no pets in house either. Battery went from 60% to flat in about 5 minutes. Utter pish. Buy another make and avoid this!
