Honeydew is 100% legit! For every question, document and process I have had to go through with them, it takes no more than an hour to respond. I am starting my Accutane soon and the nurses were super open with me about all the pricing options. Everyone is qualified and they do not cut corners like other companies do. I am a college nursing student with limited time for doctor visits, tests, labs etc. They made every single process SO fast and clear. My only advice is to make sure you pick a medication plan that is yearly (not monthly) to get rid of extra charge.

Terrible experience. I did exactly what they asked, I bought a pregnancy test, took the photo, and handwritten my name and date on a piece of paper. Then they accused me of digitally altering the picture, which is absolutely ridiculous and insulting. I just wanted a clear answer about whether I could pay for and receive my medication, but instead they completely wasted my time. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

Signing up for HoneyDew was literally the best decision I made this year. I’ve suffered from psoriasis for 7 years now, and a bad flare up last winter was the last straw. I had insurance, so I made an appointment with my healthcare provider. It was a 3 month wait. My mental health wouldn’t allow me to wait that long, so I stumbled upon HoneyDew. Decided to try it and man, I could not be more grateful. Not only are all the members of my team extremely empathetic, they are also insanely efficient. I could contact them at anytime and I would get a reply within an hour, sometimes less (as long as it at a reasonable time). I never had to wait more than 12 hours for a reply, and I contacted my team A LOT. My dermatologist immediately prescribed me what I needed— it was an INCREDIBLY fast and EFFORTLESS experience. I couldn’t believe it. What would have taken months for my in-person doctor to do took literal hours. My care team are constantly checking in to see if I need any refills or have any questions. Honestly, HoneyDew is a miracle. My skin is now 99% clear and I have my team to thank. They are a godsend!

They are not upfront about all the hoops they make you jump through. Takes forever to hear back from them. I get being busy. But then they charge you for services they never provide. They start charging you way before even doing anything. It’s a nice little money grab. You spend so much time trying to jump through their hoops that by the time you’ve actually gotten anything from them, they’ve made bank off of you.
