5 STARS to Honeydew. The team ALWAYS gets back to any of my questions less than sometimes 2 hours! They answer any questions I need and my provider/coordinators always gets back with me shortly. I struggle with hormonal acne and I have been to a in-person dermatologist and let me say, Honeydew is way easier, convenient, and just as fast!! I am starting Accutane again next month and everything was taken care of quickly and as efficient as an in-person dermatologist. The telehealth is great because I don’t have to go into a doctors office, wait for a long time to be seen every month. The monthly fee is the same amount as my copay for a in-person dermatologist so I’m content! I LOVE Honeydew!!

I am so happy that I made the decision to go through my Accutane journey with Honeydew! They have made this process so incredibly easy and affordable! I was on Accutane 10 years ago and it was so expensive and so hard to get and I wasn’t able to complete my treatment back then but with Honeydew, it has literally been a breeze! My provider is so kind, helpful, and understanding. She communicates with me about any questions I have and is so encouraging! I recommend Honeydew to anyone who is interested in going on Accutane! They make everything so easy.

Great and easy with them

My care coordinator Kiani S. has failed to send medication on time after I gave over 3 months of heads up that I would need medication by the 24th of the month because of an upcoming trip overseas. I did my part even paying/completing my bloodwork a month early and paying for the extra month subscription. She then refused to accept any responsibility or even apologize and now refuses to send medication even though my subscription is active. Please check our chat logs. She is being very passive aggressive, using HR speak, and sending little smiley emojis after canceling my medication order. Absolutely horrendous experience on my end as a customer.

Very good experience

I think the communication and responsiveness is absolutely fantastic , it beats in person by far . Sometimes tho I wish they could see my face in person or on video regularly to see if it is going how it should, but other than that just hoping this works for me

I chose Honeydew because of how affordable and convenient it is! I suffered from severe stubborn cystic acne from when i was 16 and now im 26 with clearer skin!! I also appreciate the customer service that’s always available whenever i need it.
