I got the Mobility CBD treats for my 17 year old pup and it worked wonders for him. Would highly recommend. Unfortunate he did pass away last week, but Miriam who I talked to on the phone was very sweet and was able to get me a refund on the CBD that was ordered earlier this week.

I ordered the clean dog bundle (it has the wag n' brush & the 5-in-1 dog wash) and my dog Lola loved it! Bath time has always been difficult with her because she doesn't like it and moves a lot. But the brush made it so much easier, she even enjoyed it! Loved this shampoo too her hair was so smooth and is growing healthier and stronger! Highly recommend buying this bundle!

I am so very impressed with this company’s customer service. My pup of 14+ years died in August and I thought I had stopped all auto orders I had coming for her but I missed Honest Paws. I emailed them after I got a notice that an order had shipped. They gave me an immediate refund and sent me a pre-paid return invoice so I could send it back once it arrived. If I end up with another pet I will definitely be using them! Thank you, Jonathan!

My 1st order of CBD Calm Oil was delivered. It worked well for one of my dogs. It made my second dog ill (vomiting for a few hours.) I wasn't sure if it was the CBD or the chamomile or some other ingredient my dog was reacting to, so I ordered the CBD Calm Blend Peanut Butter treats. I ordered 4 bags since I knew my larger dog would be able to use them. BUT only 3 of the bags were delivered, although the invoice claimed 4 bags were delivered. The box the treats were shipped in would not have held 4 bags. It barely held 3 bags. I have contacted Honest Paws and have had no response. Maybe I will hear from them in the next day or so. Very disappointing. And so far, the Calm Blend Peanut Butter Treats work for both of my dogs. **UPDATE: I called the number shown in Honest Paws’s response to my review. (I called because I did not receive a response to my email.) I explained what happened to the customer service agent and received the balance of my order today. The customer service agent was pleasant and efficient. I am pleased with how this resolved

We bought Honest Paws CBD oil w/turmeric. Here is our story: Our dog Max (125lb Ridgeback) has been diagnosed with osteosarcoma in a front left leg, near the carpal joint Memorial Day weekend. It's been 77 days since then. In June the tumor got almost to the size of a tennis ball. He was in pain and wouldn't put weight on his leg. Going in/out of the car, especially truck, was getting increasingly difficult that at one point we were lifting his back end. He was reducing peeing trips and food intake. He was minimally active. We didn't know if he'll make it to his 7th birthday on 6/30. As we prepared for the worst, we figured we got nothing to lose if we try CBD oil. For the most part of the last couple of months he has been on Honest Paws Mobility oil with turmeric. The buldge has shrunk and is barely noticeable. He is not in pain. He eats, walks normally, plays with his toys. We can touch the buldge and he doesn't whimper. And this past week, after not being able to get on the couch, he climbed and was so proud of himself. Has the cancer slowed down or went to another spot, only time will tell. For now, we got our funny, goofy boy back and every day with him is a blessing.

Great customer service!! I accidentally ordered an additional item and they replied immediately. The issues was taken care of that same day, I was pretty impressed due that nowadays it’s hard to talk to a person yet get some to reply within a proper time and fix the issues hassle free! Great job Jonathan!!

Jonathan is amazing for customer service. Although I cannot purchase the product (I am from Canada and they can’t ship here yet) he still treated me like a customer. He was extremely helpful and gave me a wealth of information to help me in my search. I am hopeful someday the product will come to Canada so I can try it with my dog. Great company!!
