Life Changer
Honest Paws cbd oil changed my senior dog's life by positively changing his mobility. He and we loved it! They were slso amazing to work with. Right down to helping cancel our order when our buddy passed. Great company, great product!

I spoke with Ramiro about my ailing cat's experience with Honest Paws CBD oil. He was deeply empathetic, helpful, and sincere, and he clear knows the product line very well. HonestPaws CBD oil gave my sick cat so much more calm in his final days. Very appreciative of this company.

Outstanding customer service
We have been using Honest Paw CBD oil for our senior Jack Russell who had dementia. The product was very helpful and really soothed him. Unfortunately, Boomer passed away a couple of weeks ago. Our account was on auto ship and I forgot to cancel it. When I received an email advising that the order had shipped I reached out to Honest Paws to close our account. Ramiro was so kind! He closed our account AND refunded the cost of the latest order since Boomer had died before it arrived. Thank you so much to Ramiro and Honest Paws. This gesture of kindness means so much.

Buyers Beware
Ordered a product because I have a rescue that needed the product. Read the reviews and they seemed legit. I even paid extra for faster shipping. But they shipped the product to the wrong address. I gave them a chance to rectify the problem. Thought I had it corrected. They ship the product to the wrong address a 2nd time. They are not reliable source if you have a pet that needs the CBD oil. I'm starting to think the article written about them was more an ad than an honest review. I ordered 1/30. Paid extra for 3 day shipping. It's now 2/7. I'm not holding my breath. ***** Update: 2/13/23. I'm upgrading this to 3 stars. We got off on the wrong foot. But the replacement did arrived over the weekend. I have not tried the product yet for my rescue. I will update again later.

Hi Alexander, I just wanted to thank you for leaving us with your honest feedback. We are truly sorry for the shipping mishap, this is certainly not the experience we would like our customers to have. This was absolutely an error on our end and we take full responsibility. We take these situations seriously and I have sent you an email as we would like to help make it up to you. 🙏🏻 Please don't hesitate to respond to the email I sent out should you have further feedback or concerns and we'll always be here to help. With kind regards and apologies, Chrissie
