We pride ourselves on our LIVE call answering during core business hours with two call centers in the U.S. We also provide our customers with active, responsive District Sales Representatives who help agents and companies every step of the way.

Terrible reimbursement even after professional statement indicating funace needed replacing

Sorry to hear you were not satisfied. We cover actual failed parts and you can always choose to take repair money towards replacement. In your case, the condenser fan motor was the failed part and all other parts will still working, despite the age of the unit.

I was never reimbursed
I was never reimbursed for my authorized claim nor did receive an email or a response to my inquiry concerning reimbursement for my claim.

Your reimbursement was processed on 1/21 and mailed that day. Please allow 3-4 weeks for a mailed check. If you opted for an e-check, please check your email account including any spam folder for the e-check. We sent an email on 1/20 outlining this information. We will have Accounting follow up on any further emails you sent.

Everything went well for us
Everything went well for us, we just had a hard time getting the appliance company out due to them saying they weren't working with this warranty company any longer.

Glad to hear it went well - some companies do not want to wait on payment from a warranty company so if that is the case, we work to reimburse the customer instead - allows everyone to pick their own contractor that way.

VERY EFFICIENT
Very quick and easy . Techs came about 2 days later even after the fact that they had to order the product . Installation took 20 minutes at the most
